This Shipping Policy explains how physical products and digital downloads are delivered when purchased through byjacobham.com.

Physical Products

All physical posters and artwork are produced on demand once an order has been placed.

To help reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction, products are not manufactured until they have been ordered.

Production Times

Orders typically require 1–5 business days for printing and preparation before dispatch.

Production times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and local courier services.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email where available.

Tracking information allows you to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Global Fulfilment

We work with a global network of trusted print and fulfilment partners.

To reduce delivery times and environmental impact, your order is typically produced at the facility closest to its delivery destination.

As a result, products may be manufactured and shipped from different countries depending on availability and location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.

Once payment has been successfully completed, digital files will be made available for immediate download.

You will be able to access your files directly after purchase using the download link provided.

Digital downloads allow you to print your artwork:

  • At home
  • Through a local print shop
  • Through an online printing service

Frames, printed posters, and other physical products are not included unless explicitly stated in the product description.
