Print-on-Demand Products
All physical products sold on this website are made to order through our fulfilment partner.
Due to the custom-made nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, colour, or product selection made by the customer
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Minor variations in colour or appearance caused by differences between screen displays and printed products
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Digital Downloads
All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been purchased and delivered.
Please ensure that you review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Reporting an Issue with Physical Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing: hello@jacobham.co.uk
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
This information helps us investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Refunds and Replacements
For eligible claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled physical products, we may offer:

- Store credit, where appropriate
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Returns
In most cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect physical products, a return will not be required.

Exchanges
