Physical products enter production quickly, so cancellations cannot always be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Printed Posters
What ISO sizes are available?
Our printed posters are available in A4, A3, A2, and A1 sizes.
What 1:1 sizes are available?
Our square printed posters are available in 12 x 12", 16 x 16", 20 x 20", and 28 x 28" sizes.
What paper do you use?
Our posters are printed on premium 170gsm matte paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish designed to showcase artwork with excellent clarity and colour.
Are framed posters ready to hang?
Yes. Framed posters arrive ready to hang and include the necessary hanging hardware.
What are the frames made from?
Our frames are crafted from durable pine wood and protected with shatterproof plexiglass.
How long does production take?
Most orders are printed within 1–5 business days before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Digital Art
What do I receive after purchase?
You will receive high-resolution PDF and JPG files ready for printing.
Is this a physical product?
No. This is a digital download only. No physical poster or frame will be shipped.
What sizes can I print?
Files are supplied for printing in A4, A3, A2, and A1 sizes.
When will I receive my files?
Your files become available immediately after your purchase is completed.
Can I print the artwork at home?
Yes. You can print at home, use a local print shop, or order prints from an online printing service.
Which file format should I use?
PDF files are recommended for the highest-quality printing results, while JPG files offer greater compatibility with various printing services.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
No. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all artwork is licensed for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially.
Can I return a digital download?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once files have been downloaded.
Greeting Cards
What do I receive after purchase?
You will receive a print-ready PDF file and a high-resolution JPG file for instant download.
What size is the greeting card?
The finished card folds to A6 size (10.5 × 14.8 cm / 4.1 × 5.8 in).
Is this a physical greeting card?
No. This is a digital download product and no physical card will be shipped.
Does the card have space for my own message?
Yes. The inside of the card is left blank so you can add your own handwritten message.
How do I print the card?
Simply download the files, print at 100% scale, trim along the cut lines, and fold where indicated.
What paper should I use?
For the best results, we recommend printing on premium cardstock or heavyweight matte paper (250gsm or higher).
Can I print multiple copies?
Yes, for personal use. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself or as gifts.
Can I get a refund on a digital greeting card?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available after download.
Gift Cards
What is a Digital Gift Card?
A Digital Gift Card is an electronic gift voucher that can be used to purchase any eligible product from our store, including printed posters, digital artwork, greeting cards, and more.
What gift card values are available?
Our Digital Gift Cards are available in the following amounts:

- £25
- £50
- £100
- £200
- £300
- £400
- £500
- £1000
How will I receive my gift card?
The gift card will be delivered electronically via email shortly after your purchase is completed.
Can I send the gift card directly to someone else?
Yes. You can either forward the gift card email to the recipient or purchase it using their email address if available during checkout.
Is this a physical gift card?
No. This is a digital product only. No physical gift card will be shipped.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Simply enter the gift card code at checkout. The gift card balance will be applied to the order total.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes. If the full balance is not used in a single purchase, the remaining balance can be used on future orders until the card expires.
Can I use a gift card alongside another payment method?
Yes. If your order total exceeds the remaining gift card balance, you can pay the difference using one of our accepted payment methods.
Do gift cards expire?
Yes. All Digital Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
No. Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased.
Can gift cards be used on all products?
Gift cards can be used on most products available in our store unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
